We want you to be over the moon with your purchase. If there’s an issue with the item you received, please let us know. We’re here to help and will do our best to resolve it quickly.

Return Window

You may request a return for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received

  • Returned in their original packaging

Personalized & Made-to-Order Items

Because personalized items are one of a kind, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on personalized products under any circumstances, unless the item arrives with a manufacturer’s defect or an incorrect item was sent.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

Once reviewed, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund. In these cases, hny. will cover return shipping costs.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For returns due to reasons not attributable to hny. (such as change of mind), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and issued to your original payment method.

Cancellations & Changes

Orders move into production quickly. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
