FAQs

When will my order ship?

We usually print and ship orders within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Once it ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking.

How long does delivery take?

After shipping, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. Timing may vary slightly depending on your location and fulfillment partner.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on most orders over $100. Shipping costs for orders under $100 are $9.95.

Will my items ship together?

Not always. Some items are fulfilled from different locations, so they may ship separately and arrive at different times. You’ll receive tracking for each package.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. At this time, hny. ships within the United States only.


Products

Are your products made to order?

Yes. Most of our products are made to order, just for you, which helps reduce waste.

Will the colors look exactly the same in person?

We do our best to display colors accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting. This is completely normal.

Are your cases protective or just cute?

Both. Our cases are designed to be protective and stylish, so you don’t have to choose between function and aesthetics.

Will the design fade over time?

Our products are printed using high-quality methods. With normal use and care, designs should remain vibrant.


Product Care

Can I wash or sanitize my case?

Light cleaning is fine, but we don’t recommend soaking or using alcohol-based or abrasive cleaners, as this may affect the finish.

How do I care for my phone case or accessory?

To keep your item looking its best:

  • Clean gently with a soft, damp cloth (for MagSafe Wallets and Apple Watchbands, add a drop of dish soap to the cloth if needed).

  • Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners

  • Keep away from extreme heat or prolonged moisture

Will water damage my case?

Our cases are built for everyday use, but they are not waterproof. We recommend keeping them dry whenever possible.


Sizing & Fit

How do I know which phone model to choose?

Please double-check your phone model before ordering. You can usually find it in your phone’s settings or on the original packaging.

What if I order the wrong size or model?

Because our products are made to order, we can’t offer exchanges for incorrect model or size selections. If you need help, please contact us with your order details.

Will my case fit with a screen protector?

Most of our cases are compatible with standard screen protectors, though fit may vary depending on the protector’s thickness.

Do your cases support wireless charging?

Yes. Some of products lines of our phone cases are compatible with wireless charging. These cases are titled as "MagSafe" or "Magnetic".


Orders & Returns

What is your return policy?

Most eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, as long as they’re unused and in original packaging.

Can I return personalized or custom items?

Personalized or custom-made items are made just for you and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive defective or incorrect.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. 

Who pays for return shipping?

If the issue is due to an error on our end, we cover return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards and other secure payment options available at checkout.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed securely using encrypted checkout systems.

Can I use discount codes?

Discount codes can be entered at checkout. Only one promo code may be used per order unless stated otherwise. 


Tracking & Support

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.

My tracking says delivered, but I don’t see my package. What should I do?

We recommend checking with neighbors or your local carrier first. If it’s still missing, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help.
